Who we are
This website is run by CoFix ("we", "us"). The company behind CoFix is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers the CoFix marketing website. When a customer uses the CoFix product, the customer decides what data goes into its workspace and is the controller of that data. We process it on the customer's behalf under a data processing agreement, and this policy does not apply to it.

If you switch between light and dark mode, the site remembers your choice in your own browser. It is never sent to us. See the Cookie Policy.
We don't use analytics or advertising tools on this website, we don't build profiles, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Third-party resources
To load quickly, the site fetches some files from other services. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address and browser details:
- Google Fonts, a Google service, serves the Manrope, Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces.
- jsDelivr, an open-source content delivery network, serves the animation library the site uses.
Neither sets cookies on this site. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle this data. we may self-host these files instead
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of these providers are based in, or use subprocessors in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards at privacy@co-fix.com.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted, or its use restricted
- receive data you gave us in a portable format
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from emails. This doesn't affect processing that happened before.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@co-fix.com. We'll reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: the one in the EU/EEA country where you live or work, or the one where we are established, supervisory authority and website.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and our providers are chosen for their security practices. Only people who need personal data to do their job can access it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes, and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll say so on the site or by email.
