About these terms

Using this website
The website describes CoFix and its plans. We aim to keep it accurate, but features, prices and limits may change before or after you sign up, and the website is not an offer.
Please don't disrupt the site, try to break its security, or copy it in bulk. The text, design and graphics on the site belong to us or our licensors. Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and are shown only to describe integrations.
Accounts
To use CoFix you need a workspace account. Keep your login details safe and tell us at support@co-fix.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. Workspace owners decide who gets access and with which role, and are responsible for what their members do in the workspace.

Your data
You keep all rights to the tickets, documents, code, logs and other content you or your systems put into CoFix ("customer data"). You give us permission to use it only to run, secure and support the service for you.

AI features and the agent
CoFix includes AI features, such as diagnosis, chat and an agent that can plan, write and test code changes. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure, even when it passes your tests.
- The agent works on branches and opens pull requests. It does not merge or deploy on its own. A person in your team approves the plan and reviews and merges the change.
- You are responsible for reviewing anything the agent or other AI features produce before you rely on it, merge it or ship it.
- If you bring your own model provider key, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms.
We don't use your customer data to train AI models confirm with model providers' terms.
Third-party services
CoFix connects to services you choose, such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, AWS and AI model providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. If you connect a service, you allow CoFix to read and write data there as needed for the features you turn on.
