Is our data separate from other customers'?
Yes. Every organisation has its own workspace, scoped by its slug and its projects, and its data is never shared with other customers.
Which roles exist?
Owner, Admin and Member at the workspace, plus triage managers per project. Only a triage manager approves and merges the agent's pull requests. Custom roles are available on Enterprise.
Can we use our own AI account?
Yes. Add an Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini key per project. Keys are stored encrypted and only the last four characters are shown. Without a key, the agent runs on the platform quota.
How do we control AI spend?
The AI usage tab shows each project's token share as it happens. Set a monthly budget per project; zero removes the limit.
